Automatic rescue device(ARD) Cứu hộ tự động khi mất điện nguồn	During normal power failure, the ARD converts stored energy from its bank of rechargeable batteries to drive the elevator car to the nearest floor and opens the elevator doors to let the passengers out. Khi mất điện nguồn, bộ cứu hộ tự động sẽ hoạt động, lấy nguồn điện từ ắc quy dự phòng cung cấp cho thang máy, đưa cabin đến tầng gần nhất và mở cửa để khách ra ngoài.
Fireman emergency operation Hoạt động trong trường hợp hỏa hoạn	When the control panel receives the fire direction signal, all call are canceled, this optional feature will direct the elevators automatic to a specified floor, the door will open to ensure safe passengers evacuation and the elevators will shut down. Khi thang nhận được tín hiệu báo cháy của tòa nhà, thang sẽ hủy các lệnh gọi và tự động chạy về tầng chỉ định và mở cửa để hành khách thoát ra ngoài và dừng thang không hoạt động.
Fireman emergency service Hoạt động cứu hộ trong trường hợp hỏa hoạn	When the fireman’s switch is activated, all car & hall calls are automatically cancelled and the elevators will immediately return the main lobby to facilitate fire rescue & fire fighting actives. The elevator can respond to car calls but with the adequate power by the buiding standby generator. Khi công tắc cứu hỏa được bật, thang sẽ hủy các các lệnh và chạy về tầng phục vụ cho mục đích cấp cứu và chữa cháy. Lúc này thang chỉ hoạt động theo lệnh trong cabin với điều kiện nguồn điện cho thang còn duy trì.
Earthquake operation Hoạt động khi có động đất	When there is an earthquake, the earthquake direction system will transfer the signal communication to the control panel. The elevators will be designated to the nearest foor and the doors will open to let the passengers out. Khi có động đất, hệ thống báo động của tòa nhà sẽ chuyển tín hiệu cho thang máy, thang sẽ dừng ở tầng gần nhất và mở cửa cho khách ra ngoài.
Supervisor software conection Kết nối phần mềm giám sát	With above feature can supervise the elevator operation such as status , traveling direction,error code,etc. Phần mềm giám sát giúp kiểm soát được tình trạng thang: vị trí cabin, chiều hoạt động, mã lỗi…
Using IC card Sử dụng thẻ IC	Car & hall call supervision by IC card. Kiểm soát điều khiển trong cabin và gọi tầng bằng IC card.
Car arrival chime with voice Báo bằng giọng nói	The voice synthesizer will announce the arrival floor, up or down direction and some others… Thông báo dừng tầng, chiều hoạt động và một số thông tin khác bằng giọng nói.
Door opening in advance Mở cửa trước	The elevator doors will open before landing completely at a specified floor which helps to increase the operation effect. Mở cửa trước khi thang dừng hẳn nhằm tăng hiểu quả chạy thang.
Hall lantern Đèn báo thang đến	Before the car arrives the destination floor, the hall lanterns on that floor will flash to indicate car arrival & service direction to passengers waiting at the landing. Trước khi thang đến tầng,đèn báo thang đến tại cửa tầng báo để hành khách biết trước thang sẽ dừng tầng và chiều thang đang hoạt động.
Duplex operation Điều khiển đôi	The hall calls are assigned for a group of 2 elevators by using intelligence system and the nearest floor will be served. The duplex or separate hall call panel can be tailored as per requirements. Phân chia lệnh gọi một cách hiệu quả nhất cho nhóm thang để đảm bảo thang nào có vị trí gần nhất sẽ đến phục vụ mà vẫn có thể sử dụng bảng gọi tầng chung hoặc riêng.
Group control Điều khiển nhóm	The group control panel can operate a group of 8 elevators and assign the hall calls efficiently with the principle “waiting for a shortest time”. Each elevator will operate as individual(simplex) system when the group control panel has truble. Tủ điều khiển nhóm thang hoạt động có thể lên đến 8 thang hoạt động theo nguyên tắc” thời gian chờ ngắn nhất”, khi tủ điều khiển này có sự cố thì vẫn đảm bảo các thang hoạt động đơn lẻ.
Continuity of service Hoạt động liên tục	The system will exclude an elevator from the assignment of hall alls when that car cannot respond to the calls registered. Another car in group will operate as backup for the excluded car and perform a new group of elevators Khi một thang trong nhóm gặp trục trặc, hệ thống sẽ cắt điều khiển thang này và hình thành nhóm điều khiển mới cho các thang còn lại.
